The Benevolent Society is an organization created to serve those in the local community who are in need. The primary focus is providing food through a weekly handout at the OMPH Food Bank located at the St. Clement's Mission House. The group also provides assistance for other necessities such as utilities bills, fuel oil, medical assistance, etc. as they are available. The Benevolent Society's outreach is provided through donations to the poor box and parishioner's monetary and food item support.
Food handouts are Wednesday evenings from 5:00 to 6:30pm for the community. Monthly meetings are held on the third Monday and all are welcome and encouraged to attend.

WELCOME TO ALL YOUTH IN GRADES 7 TO 12!
Another year of OMPH Youth Ministry is beginning! A year sure to be UNLIKE any other… for so many reasons -- the best and most important being YOU! Here’s the latest on what’s happening:
COVID-19 We are still trying to determine how youth group meetings will proceed. It may not be possible to meet in person, depending on the numbers of people involved. ZOOM meetings are a possibility. Stay tuned!
THE BERNADINE CENTER YOUTH SPACE is getting a makeover! Time to clean and clean out, place and replace. We now may use the STAGE ! And on this stage is a FOOSBALL TABLE (that needs to be partially assembled). Anyone want to help?
YOUTH MASS We are looking for youth who like to sing and play instruments (guitar, piano, drums, triangle, tambourine, violin, etc.), lector, greet, take up the gifts, usher, altar serve and who are Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist (EMU) to participate in a soon to be established weekly youth mass. Altar serving and EMU training can be provided for those interested. Let’s use our gifts and talents to glorify and praise the Lord!
ADULT HELPERS WANTED!!! Post high school and beyond. ANYONE who is interested in assisting the youth ministry in ANY CAPACITY -- chaperones, driving, food, running meetings and/or activities, food, specific gifts and talents to offer, food, etc. etc. etc. We need you!!!
DONATIONS WANTED for the youth space on the stage: Ping pong table, pool table, air hockey table; large area rugs; comfy furniture – used in good condition or new
Check out the LIFETEEN BLOG on the opening page of OMPH website, which discusses current issues that affect YOU in light of our faith and in Jesus (for example -- "Did God Cause Covid-19?" and "Does God Cause Suffering?") and more!
A HUGE THANKS TO FR. JOHN for his support and enthusiasm for our OMPH Youth Ministry Program!!!

CYO is a parish-based athletic program, providing opportunities for youth to grow in faith and understanding of their Church involvement in parish and diocesan life. It encompasses a comprehensive model for the total development of the individual through a six-phase approach to youth ministry: athletic, social, cultural, catechetical, service and spiritual. As with any ministry to our parish, the three goals of a Catholic Youth Sports program are the same as enumerated in Renewing the Vision: A Framework for Catholic Ministry.
The Association meets on the first Monday of every month at 7:30 pm.
